Manually entering first roll

When manually entering a longer match into GNU (Moves existing only on
paper) I have the following problem: How can I change the player who
starts e.g. game number 4, or whatever other game. The option is not
working and the button is always grey.

When you get the dice dialog for the first roll, make sure you click on
the right pair of dice. The right die in the dice pair belong to player 0
(the top player) and the left die in the dice pair belong to player 1
(the bottom player).
So if you want the first roll to go to player 0 (the top player), select
a dice pair with the higher die to the left. If you want the first roll
to go to the bottom player, click the dice pair with the highest die to
the right.
This is not intuitive, I know, but the explanation is partly found here:
