How much skill versus luck?
|
I suppose many people has defined backgammon as a game of luck and skill.
Some have wondered which is the weight of each one to the game. I think
I've found the answer.
First of all, let's define the terms properly:
Skill: The underlying factor that explains why you win when you win.
Luck:: The underlying factor that explains why you lose when you lose.
So the answer depends on how often you win! ;)
